西暦1850年(嘉永3年)創業
座右の銘の「不易流行」の通りいつまでも変わらないことの1つとして、米にこだわり、水にこだわり、そして時代の流れを取り入れ輸出は先駆けてきました。嘉永蔵は「登録有形文化財」に認可されたり、日経新聞のなんでもランキングで“訪ねて楽しい蔵”で「日本一」になったことは箔がつきました。

Staying true to our motto “fueki ryuko,” while the attention we pay to rice and water is one thing that will never change, we have gone with the flow of the changing times and pioneered export of Japanese sake.
Kaei-gura was recognized as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property and topped Nikkei Shimbun’s Nandemo Ranking of “Most Enjoyable Sake Cellars to Visit in Japan,” which gained it prestige.
