「日本酒を世界酒に」というビジョンを掲げ、「少量多品種」で革新的なお酒を「小規模他拠点」という形態で実現していく、ベンチャー醸造家集団です。アメリカのクラフトビールが工業製品化したビールを民主化して新たなマーケットを作り出したのと同様に、世界のアルコール市場にも「SAKE」という新たなマーケットを想像し、革命を起こしていきたいと思っています。

We are a venture company of brewers driven by the vision of “bringing Japanese sake in line with world’s alcoholic beverages.” We aim to produce ground-breaking sake ranged with a wide variety in small quantities at multiple small-scale locations. In the same way that American craft beer developed a new market by democratizing industrial beer, we want to create a new market for “SAKE” in the global alcoholic beverage market that will spark a revolution in the industry.
